January has started strong within the legal recruitment world and The Clarke Edwards Partnership has been busy catching up with clients to understand and support their recruitment plans for the year ahead. The Clarke Edwards Partnership is working on a number of roles for those in the residential property market, as well as identifying new opportunities for those working in the commercial and residential development arena. In House Property Law Expert
Remote working role, ideally senior associate level
This is a unique opportunity for a property law expert to join an impressive and forward-thinking organisation offering residential legal services with the support and assistance of an industry leading AI platform. This role would suit an individual with a background in residential property law who is keen to get involved in this rapidly growing area. Day to day duties will involve processing a number of property transactions and also mentoring and supporting residential property fee earners requiring assistance with more complex and unusual matters. The role will also include attending the office in person approximately once per month, in London.
Real Estate - Energy and Infrastructure

Senior Associate Level – A leading firm with a national presence is seeking a senior individual to join the team and act on behalf of developers, buyers, sellers, and funders of a full range of onshore and offshore technologies. Duties will include drafting and negotiating leases, options, securities, and servitudes for clean energy projects. The successful candidate will also undertake due diligence, reviewing of titles, enquiries, and searches as well as work closely with across other departments at the firm including corporate, construction, planning and regulatory teams.
Associate Level – This global firm are seeking an additional in the energy & infrastructure team to advise investors, financiers and developers on all matters relating to global energy and infrastructure projects.
Professional Support Lawyers
Real Estate Law / Agricultural Property Law
The Clarke Edwards Partnership are also working on opportunities open to those at senior level associate and above, to support busy and thriving property teams in a professional support lawyer capacity particularly in Real Estate and Agricultural Property Law.
